This company is a total scam, and those 19 reviews? They’re probably just friends boosting their image. My experience was a nightmare. I forked over 258 bucks to stop the garnishments, but I still got hit with almost 700 dollars taken from my check. When I reached out to talk about my options and mentioned the ongoing calls and garnishments, it was a disaster. Cancelling my account felt like an uphill battle. While they were trying to transfer me to a supervisor, all I could hear was loud music blaring in the background. Honestly, it was the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. I even had to threaten them with a lawyer just to get any action. Rico, the guy on the line with all that rap music, told me he had to read some cancellation disclosure. He went on to say I was making a huge mistake by considering bankruptcy and insisted I keep paying them 258 a month while my check was still getting garnished for 700 bucks every two weeks. This company is a straight-up scam, and if I were you, I’d steer clear. Seriously, do not engage with them!

I really appreciate Gallant’s service of storing our pup’s stem cells for potential future use, but the company has room for improvement in how they execute and communicate. My vet was completely in the dark about Gallant; I had to print out info from their site and fill him in. They claim to keep customers updated at every stage, from signing up to confirming cell banking, but I found myself having to reach out to them instead of the other way around, which is not ideal. Did the courier pick up my pup’s reproductive tissue? They were meant to email me; I had to follow up. Did it make it to Gallant? Again, they were supposed to notify me; I had to check in. Were there enough usable stem cells for banking? They were supposed to let me know; I had to ask. Were the cells harvested and cryopreserved? They were meant to inform me; I had to inquire. Gallant really needs to step it up in these areas. They do send a certificate once you pay for their service, along with a gift. That’s nice and all, but I’d prefer a certificate at the end of the process that confirms my pup’s stem cells are cryopreserved on a specific date and in a specific vat. So, while I’m thankful to Gallant, they definitely need to improve their education, execution, and customer communication. Wishing them all the best!

Gallant was fantastic to collaborate with, super helpful and did just what they promised. All we had to do was bring our dog in for the procedure, and they handled everything else. They reached out to our vet, sent the kit over, and picked it up right after the surgery. Then they shot us an email to let us know they had it and that everything was all good.

When I reached out via phone, there was someone ready to help with all my inquiries. They weren't aggressive sales folks. They gave me the space to do more research and chat with my vet.

Awesome experience! Honestly, I had no clue about banking stem cells for dogs until I came across Gallant, but after doing some research, I saw how much potential it holds. I really hope we don’t need to use them, but it sure gives me comfort knowing they’re available, just in case.
